I ordered a pizza for delivery doordash delivered the pizza. I received the wrong Pizza the manager fixed another Pizza that we had to come get. The pizza was all wrong I asked for my money it was told I would get a refund I still to this day have not received my money, and the people there are very rude!! I asked for corporates was told that I needed to get it if since I was the one that needed it. I am still trying to get my refund. This Pizza Hut bad service bad Pizza bad customer
I guess my only complaint would be the food was not really up to quality as advertised I got the family box bundle and the cheese sticks and pizza was incredibly small I have a 7/8 year old and one ate the pizza while the other one ate the cheese sticks that should tell you about how mall the pizza was I ended up cooking noodles for myself since it wasn’t enough for all of us.
The female employee there is rude! If she used as much effort to be nice as she did randomly running next door to the smoke shop she'd be awesome! I tried to order the $12 special for my kids 3x 2 weeks ago and was told they were out of large crust then today I placed a order 3x and the person taking my order over the phone said it was successful but they never had my pizzas!
