They overcooked the pizza and was inedible. Delivery was supposed to be 7:21 and didn’t arrive until 8. Waited almost 2 hours for 1 pizza. I got a text notification that it was delivered at 9:30. So they obviously have issues with their systems. I should have driven the pizza to the store to have them remake it.
Our order was over an hour late from the estimated delivery time
One minute they deliver to my address and one minute they don’t. Every time I call I get a different answer. The pizza I ordered last time had a bad taste to it and they told me they had to order cheaper lower quality crust due to the food shortage and price hike. Update, I changed to 5 stars as I called and spoke with the manager Joel and he got my order placed and delivered hot, fresh, and delicious!
