I had heard from neighbors that this location 20510 West Rd Ste 700, Cypress, TX 77433 was the worst. I told them that’s why we quit using them 5 years ago. So today my wife wanted to try them again thinking the staff had switched over. Absolutely the worst as usual. My wife was hung up while ordering on the phone. Then she called back and they wouldn’t answer. I took over and ordered online and they delivered quickly. But even though we tipped generously the driver never said thank you or was nice or cordial. My pizza comes out FRESH and exactly the way I order it every time!! Great customer service!!
They overcooked the pizza and was inedible. Delivery was supposed to be 7:21 and didn’t arrive until 8. Waited almost 2 hours for 1 pizza. I got a text notification that it was delivered at 9:30. So they obviously have issues with their systems. I should have driven the pizza to the store to have them remake it.
