We order delivery often and pizza is usually pretty good. Sometimes we wait a bit longer than we'd like, but nothing extreme.Â
We placed an order and unfortunately some items were missing, and the ones we did receive were incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen, and in this case the errors themselves weren’t a huge issue. The real concern is that I was unable to get in touch with the store to resolve the problem or request a refund for what I didn’t receive. Just as Pizza Hut would ensure they don’t lose money unfairly, customers should also be able to trust that their money is valued and protected in the same way.
