Our food came cold and poor presented. This is not the first time we have ordered and received very low quality food, especially considering the price. I would not suggest ordering from here.
I’ve never had a bad experience from this Pizza Hut till recently. My dad doordashes and he came in. He let them know he had a DoorDash order. It was him and two other doordashers, both people of color. From what my dad told me, one of the employees, not sure who it was, my dad didn’t catch a name. My dad asked her for the order. Ordered pizza at 7 o’clock pizza didn’t show up literally until 10 ice cold the store would not give me a refund It’s about time we start boycotting Pizza Hut if they’re gonna use a third-party to deliver their pizzas
Ordered this Pizza with “ham Pineapple light sauce” When I got home opened it to find out they did light cheese extra sauce. Called in to speak to manager to see if I can bring the full pizza back and get a new one. The Manager replied sure if you want to drive here and if I deem it to be necessary I’ll remake one. This is terrible customer service and food experience. Will not order from here again and from the way the staff is I would avoid it if I were you too.
They NEED TO put a bell out or something for customers because I often come in and dont see a single employee for over 5 minutes.
