Never delivered my food, and when I called I got hung up on 3 times when asking for an eta on delivery
Everytime I go pick up my food, the employees call me by name. This started on my 2nd visit. I only go to pizza hut on fillmore because of how personable and friendly the employees are.
Order for pickup food and service was good
That's the worst pizza and customer service I've had in a while. That girl is slow and rude and that pizza was nasty!!
Place a carry out order at 6:40 came in at 7:10 still wasn’t ready, no problem. She said it would just be a minute so I sit and wait and while I wait what I’m assuming was the poor excuse for a manager is cussing and yelling about how stupid and terrible the morning crew is and how they know better. all while the other employee is handling all the food without gloves on and it’s sticking to her above nails, she’s literally peeling pepperoni off of her acrylic nails.
