Ordered a pizza and cheese stick online to be delivered to hotel. Delivery was good time but I got the wrong pizza and cheese sticks wasn't even cut. I called pizza hut for like 20 min with no answer. I didn't wanna leave hotel but me and my son went to the store and told them what happened. Said there phones don't work. That's ridiculous. I told them I wanted my money back cause I had to go outta my way to go there. I did get a refund and kept the wrong pizza. The staff is always friendly The orders are always correct The store is always nice and clean

Terrible experience. The employee at the counter didnt even aknowledge me. I stood there for over five minutes while my order sat there getting cold. The employee at the counter was mad about a mistake with reciepts and he was tossing pans and boxes he was mad he made it obvious. No other employee bothered to talk to me either they were more worried about how upset he was getting. Customers should be your first priority and in this case it wasn't. I will never go to this store again.
