God help you if you make a online order and need to change or cancel it! App or phone gets you knowwhere, just a running loop advertising when you call the local number, done with pizza hut when you can't talk to a real person
What happened to the really good Pizza Hut, I know I'm old, but just not as good
So why keep the building open if the dining room isn’t open? No signage stating that it isn’t open. We walked inside to see that the entire room was just pushed back with chairs stacked. I think they used COVID as an excuse to just completely close besides carry out and delivery. The woman at the counter looked at us like WE were stupid and we politely asked her if their dining room was open to which she replied that no it wasn’t. Terrible service and communication. The workers just hang up the phone before even answering and are rude when they do pick up.
Don't waste our money on the Udi's gluten-free crust. It was terrible.
