Worst service ever! Ordered online to pick up. I sat in the drive thru behind 2 other people for all of my lunch waiting for service! No one ever came to the window. I called and someone finally answered. I asked them if anyone was servicing the drive thru we had been sitting there 20 min waiting for someone. His reply was it’s only me and a manger. Once again a pizza I didn’t order. This time it was because they were out of it, but no one called to tell us so we can change it. Called up there to be told since they are out the only way to “fix” it is a $5 credit 😹. Also chose Pizza Hut over dominos tonight because their delivery time said 30-45 minutes. Actually took an hour and a half. Y’all can keep that $5 credit, we’ll just go back to dominos 🤷🏻♀️
RecommendedWe have never been disappointed with food from this restaurant - our super fav is the wings! Hubby is celiac, and enjoys the gluten free pizza, but loves the traditional lemon/pepper wings!
