Thank you Portsmouth Pizza Hut for not making our order today. Gotta love being essential workers working in this pandemic, ordering food and asking to be delivered at noon, then calling at 10 minutes afternoon and some employee telling us our food was on the way then like 25 minutes later telling us the order just never got made. Me and my friends ordered 3 order of wings and pizza and got only 2 orders of wings and a pizza and when we called back the person was real rude and made us pay extra again for their mistake. Will not be ordering again. I personally give a negative 5 stars review I wouldn’t even wish my enemies to order from them. I’ll drive to Janesville Pizza Hut from now on
Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Burnt cheese sticks, ICE COLD SAUCE, and Garlic Parmesan Wings turned out to be nothing more than plain breaded boneless wings. Without the sauce. Customer Service was lacking. Person at the window had zero customer service skills. Definitely going downhill fast here!
Kids handling food and money cashiering at the same time specially not healthy not good for anyone with all this virus thing going on and this Kisd without proper training , no gloves no washing hands .????are they Hand Food Certify..?? I placed an order today for my family and my total came to just under $63.. I checked my debit card statement just a bit ago and I was charged $75. Waited two hours for THIS to arrive at our door. I am not upset about the wait time because I do understand places get busy. I AM mad about the quality of service. Does this look like quality service?! Does this look appetizing?! Would you be satisfied if this arrived at your door?? NO. I will be contacting who I need to, to make the right people aware of the poor service at this Pizza Hut location. This is unacceptable
