Literally while in the middle of an order because it turned 11:02 they told me they could NOT place the order. I’d already given my address and what I’d wanted on 2 pizzas. They was taking the order on what kind of wings I wanted and then said they couldn’t place the order.
I Waited Over 2hours For My Food Last Night And I Ordered 60 Dollars Worth Food...They Forgot My Wings And My Food Was I’ve Cold And I Called Them And They Left Me On Hold...That Place Is Horrible‼️🤦🏾♂️
My daughter ordered a pizza box from this location today and they left did not ring the doorbell and just leaves the pizza box outside on the wet ground which it had been raining prior to them delivering the pizza... the mananger had a very bad attitude when i called and complained! I tell him we dont want the pizza anymore he then tells me to keep the pizza he will cancel my order and hangs up in my face do not get anything from this location

Thanks for screwing up my order. 2.5 hours later I still don't have the correct food. All I keep getting is some call center to "fix" the problem. How about you guys answer your phone!!! I am NEVER ordering from you again and I would advise anyone else to just order from somewhere else and save yourself the headache!
I just had a full blown argument with Paul the new night manager, they refused to bring my order back out. The driver claims to have called me 10 times. Paul would not verify in the drivers phone, then refuses to give me the number to the corporate office. Paul is a Dick and im so done wit PH on Camp..
I recently had issues with them, but the manager reached out to me and addressed it. She was awesome and very respectful. Today I decided to give them another chance. They took great care of me and I greatly appreciate what you did.
