Service and cleanliness was awful! When I commented to the hostess that all tables were dirty, she wiped one with her hand and said this ones clean. Server repeated our order back to us wrong. Once our food came she never came back to ask how our food was and never got free refills. We had to go and ask for boxes. When asked to speak with the manager, she finally came over and only had excuses for our complaints. Pizza was delicious.

While at this restaurant today, my family witnessed a Girl Scout troop being given less than satisfactory service. The waitress demanded that the troop leader pay 20% because she was not staffed to handle the group. The troop leader and bus driver were serving the kids themselves. They waited too long just to be brought beverages. The troop leader cleaned the tables herself not the staff. This is a disgrace. Worst service ever! Took 15 mins to get our waters. Had to ask for our breadsticks. They were sitting on the counter, so of course they were cold. Forgot to bring the sauce. Helped someone else before bringing us our sauce. Our pizza finally came 45 mins later and it was made wrong!!! Even though I repeated my order to the waiter twice! Ridiculous!!! I will never go back.
Took 1 1/2 hours to get two pizzas. We saw many people getting carry out get their food way before us. My advice is order carry out and take it into the restaurant. Don’t use the waitresses.
We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in a couple years to eat in due to poor service, but today the service from our waitress will bring us back! There was a mistake with our order, and the cook upgraded our pizza size and waitress gave us a free dessert...all without us asking for anything. It was greatly appreciated!
