I ordered at 6:40 online today Adam the shift manger was rude to my wife when my wife called to complain that are bread sticks was wrong and my crust was not seasoned . She was hung up on told she was lying. My ticket number is 0095 on website 007222 on 04/30/16 at 6:34 to be exact paid 22.72 customers should never be spoken to in this manner. Tonight I was very quickly reminded why we stopped eating at this Pizza Hut several years ago. At 8:20pm I ordered my pizza before leaving work. She said to give them 15 min. I was less than 5 min away so I waited about 5-10 minutes in my car in their parking lot then went in. There was no one at the counter, a pizza was laying out on the prep table that looked like it would be mine, unboxed. Their phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering it. I honestly don't want to give them any stars. Horrible horrible. 3 uncooked pizzas, every employee brand new (told to us by one of them) An apparently new cook who said he was also a manager (How does that work?) and an attitude like it doesn't matter what the customer thinks. He cooked it-he says We've lost so much in Portsmouth, can we at least get good employees? Come on owner, store manager etc get on the ball. Hire people that want to work, not a bunch of kids that have no clue.

I order a pizza online like I always do (meat lovers with cheese crust) and they sent me a large plain crust cheese. Would not do anything to fix for me. Very disappointed in the service.

Super slow. Nearly empty dining room. Two parties. Waited a long time for seats, then drinks, then food. Still waiting after 30 minutes. Ugh. Plus the Wi fi is down. Almost 90 minutes for meal. Ridiculous.

Had my sons 5th birthday here and the staff was amazing! The food was delicious!! Donna Kay made sure his day was extra special:) it meant a lot!!! Thank you
