My granddaughter went there with family for her 6th birthday dinner. The hostess refused to seat them as it would require moving two tables together, even though there was only one table at the restaurant occupied. So a six year old little girl was turned away on her birthday! They drove to the Pizza Hut location in Wheelersburg, Ohio, where they were promptly seated and apologized to. But I will never go to the Portsmouth, Ohio location again.
Outside was unkept. Buffet wasn’t a good selection. Breadsticks were hard. Soda was flat. Their work space and floor was nasty with food and trash. Made my stomach turned. Went to 3 computers to take my card .
this is supposed to be hand-tossed. I worked at pizza hut and let me tell you what this is most definitely not.. hand tossed. we called to talk to a manager we had 2 very rude ladies who lied to us about cutting the pizza in front of us, who made multiple excuses and I am a very patient very simple peraon, we wanted to let the know about the quality we thought failed and as everyone knows that has worked in customer service, that people tend to over complain and be unreasonable. RecommendedOur truck broke down and we pulled in to their parking lot and immediately an employee came to check on us and ask if we were ok. She offered to let us come inside and cool down. Only moments later, another employee did the same thing. Thank you so much for your kindness.
just ordered online was told it would be here by 2:20 we got it at 3:55 cold and tough to chew i called to complain and was told that i couldnt rely on those times that they didnt know what was happening in that store and that they were an hour behind and was told in a polite way that if i wanted a hot pizza i should have called direct to that store
