Thank you Portsmouth Pizza Hut for not making our order today. Gotta love being essential workers working in this pandemic, ordering food and asking to be delivered at noon, then calling at 10 minutes afternoon and some employee telling us our food was on the way then like 25 minutes later telling us the order just never got made. Literally while in the middle of an order because it turned 11:02 they told me they could NOT place the order. I’d already given my address and what I’d wanted on 2 pizzas. They was taking the order on what kind of wings I wanted and then said they couldn’t place the order.
Never really had issues before, but tonight ordering wings, pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks, dropping $50 and literally all of it being inedible. Before tonight, we have enjoyed it, but this left a bad taste in our mouth - literally.

pizza was on the bar was old they didn't put any new out for over 45minutes the pasta was really dry . This was a good place to eat in the past it's a shame that it's gone downhill like it has . only got one refill on my drinks asked for a go cup they said that I couldn't don't think I'll be back . Went you only have a limited time to eat and you go to a place that suppose to be a food bar you expect to be able to get it quick not wait for the staff to wait to put something in the oven and make you wait 45minutes or more.
