Pizza was left on buffet too long. Maybe do half pizzas during slow time to turn food more quickly?
Management is a joke and they always I mean always mess up our order and never replace it one excuse was they needed the food grabbed it out the trash and nothing receipt and nothing and pictures and nothing! Worst customer service and food. If rather go across town

Slowest pizza hut in town!! Terrible customer service!!
I ordered the hot dog crust pizza the lady took my order then she sent me out a regular crust pizza and when I called back she decided to tell me they didn't have the hot dog pizza but she take the order for it and she was the manager
