RecommendedAttentive fun and friendly staff. Fast service and Great pizza.
Hosted my mother's 80th birthday party there. Staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure our party of approximately 30 people were all well served and comfortable. They assisted my daughters with setting up the room and guests to give my mom the best surprise party ever.
Brought kids here for dinner....and by far the worst experience I've ever had. Arms stuck to table because it was so stickey apparently they washed varnish off....then they made Rayven Gillespies wings wrong and after being told...they took tuem back and then came back 10 mins later saying are you sure you dont want this kind...um know she wants what she ordered. My pizza was thinner than the card board box it came in and had no sauce on it. I have never had pizza come from here this bad. You could literally see the air bubbles through the cheese to the crust. It was obvious they where in a hurry and didn't care. Couldn't get anyone to answer at this location but other locations answered... Very little effort went into it and they have declined a lot the past 3 months. Time for new employment... Or better training.
Seriously, you should prob get your crap together! Stood there waiting to be seated for 5-10 min before the waitress walked by and said "you can seat yourselves" with an annoyed look on her face. Took another 20 min to get drinks, food took forever to get to us and you guys weren't even busy. Then we have to go ask about our check after sitting for a while after being done with dinner. Tried the buffet, but was constantly waiting for pizza, salad and cinn sticks.
We tried to give them another chance and yet they managed to screw it up AGAIN! Last week they couldn't even manage to cut the pizza. Week before that they sent nacho cheese sauce instead of marinara for the breadsticks. This week they managed to not send one of our orders of breadsticks. They said they'd send another, yet here it is almost an hour later and they are still not here. This place has the worst customer service and quality I have ever seen at a Pizza Hutt.
I just ordered my kids 3 personal pan pizzas. I opened the box and there's black olives and red onions all over the box, even under the pizzas. NONE of them ordered those on their pizzas.
