made a mistake when ordering my food on the app. came in to pickup and staff were more than understanding and accommodating
Pizza was horrible! I ordered a super supreme pizza with light sauce, extra cheese ($2) and extra bake. I actually put the extra bake in the notes. Not 1 of the 3 options were done. The pizza was actually nit even done much less well done. I had to turn my oven on and bake the pizza. The sauce was probably heavier than normal and no extra cheese. Won't go back! This not the first time this has happened at this location!
Went to go get my order I placed online at 11AM and of course the lobby door is locked and the pick up window was useless because no one came to it needless to say this absolutely the worst pizza hut in Birmingham
Update: they use door dash and they always make multiple stops causing my food to be cold everytime. This is the last time I order from pizza hut. Like really? Took over an hour for delivery when I was told 25 minutes. Food was warm almost cold, and the pizza didn't taste right. I wouldn't order here if I was you.
