Always takes way too long (2+ hours) and it's extremely overpriced for moderate at best pizza. Can't get any better customer service than a teen who couldn't care less and sure as the sky is blue can't even give you a straight answer let alone get your order right. Save your money.
Pizza is overpriced, orders are never right, and all the topping slides off, too much sauce. Lost my business.

There employee John Wood informed me that they have cock roaches in there kitchen everywhere. The other day I had him get me a pizza and it had a wad of hair in it and a dead cock roach! I put a call into Nevada center for disease control. This place is nasty. They show a good front with great customer service but they quality and safety of the food is horrid! Do yourself a favor and make the drive to fernley and get a papa murphys pizza.

Use to love this location but now their coupon policy has ruined it for me. Will not uphold their own website coupons let alone text club coupons. Changes policy weekly-monthly almost. Until they uphold customer service policies, I will not order from again
They did a amazing Job decorating for my daughter's birthday and the manager stayed to say hi and make sure everything was ok before she left! I'd give more stars if it let me!
