My fiancé works at pizza factory. Pizza factory is not a good place. The delivery driver Patrick has sexually assaulted my fiancé several times now. The managers have not done anything but tell the driver that he was getting a warning. After said warning he continued. No action has been taken as far as making the pizza factory employees safe.
I will never eat their again .. I had food poisoning for 2 wks from there ..I ordered a pitcher of beer and small pizza.. then I got home and it was game on ..it smells bad by the soda machine like a santiehut 🤢🤢🤮🤮 I'm sorry I thought u guys were doing better? but nope .. they need to put the owners in there ? not kids to run it .. bad business to much bad things go on there .. after 10 hrs on road from Eugene, Oregon to our destination in silver springs tired we called in an order of 2 pizzas 2 bread sticks. was told 45 min to pick up. we show up 40 min later, girls said not done yet 10 more min. only 2 patrons in shop we had to wait another 45 min for our pizzas and when we got back to the place we were staying there was no sauce for the sticks. worst customer service ever. slow. and unsanitary. Rude employees awful service.🤢 Disgusting food that takes forever.🤮 Not worth it. Felt unwelcome when I went in. Waste of $. Pizza Hut in Fernley is 10x better. Worth it to make the drive to Fernley.

When pizza factory first open, the owners were great, it fast became a place for good pizza. Then it changed hands once maybe more. The quality and reputation went south. For many years we didn't go. One couple who goes church with us went on line and said that the pizza and service improved and it was good.
