when ordering online it says the sandwiches come with lettuce tomato mayo mustard. I received to plain sandwiches and called they said they don;t follow the website they can't change it and basically told me oh well. To the person at this location that told me all that. Its the first time that has happened., ever, when ordering online from that location. Its all about a French fry that is the secret to good pizza. I am professional chef of French fries, best they ever was.
Every time we order from here there is something WRONG. 1st and foremost we are told about a 30 min wait, we end up waiting an extra 30 min on top, we either get the wings and they are wrong or we dont get them because we have to wait an extra 20 min.... I pay alot of money and never complain but when this is happening EVERYTIME I ORDER AND ON TOP OF THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE INCONSIDERATE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. We ordered two pizzas and garlic bread last night (8/27/18) at 7:48 pm online and were told delivery would be about 8:48 pm. It is now 9:14 pm! NO PIZZAS, NO PHONE CALL SAYING DELIVERY WOULDN'T HAPPEN. Not good customer service. Not sure we will ever order from you again. FYI your driver Stan called at about 9:30 pm looking for my house. Worst pizza ever
2 hours to deliver 1 pizza, it was like eating a very cold hockey puck or a Goodyear tire, for $30. Never again... What a shame...I'm a fan of the owners of the pizza factory here & all they strive to do for this community, but their employees last night just blew it, we ordered mushrooms on half the pizza, there was a clump in the middle, tomatoes were whole slices, very thick, so when you took a bite a whole slice of tomato slapped you in the face.
