It all started on an average day in 1966 when a man named Bob Marsh pulled up in front of what was once Pizza Loy's. His cab broke down in front of a help wanted sign, so he walked right in. For years, Bob helped us craft the food on our menu that Ann Arbor residents and U of M students have come to love. (That includes the now-famous chipati: we're where it all started!)
