It all started on an average day in 1966 when a man named Bob Marsh pulled up in front of what was once Pizza Loy's. His cab broke down in front of a help wanted sign, so he walked right in. For years, Bob helped us craft the food on our menu that Ann Arbor residents and U of M students have come to love. (That includes the now-famous chipati: we're where it all started!) I went to hash bash , so I looked up pizza places on campus, and went to Pizza Bob’s when I walked in looked amazing little hole in the wall pizza place. That’s what I like. But there was only two people working one guy cooking pizzas one guy taking orders. The guy who is cooking pizzas did not know what he’s doing he burned three pizzas brown crust. I grew up in Ann Arbor, remember going to Pizza Bob’s on my birthday and getting 1/2 off the pizza. It’s their subs I love the best from the Torpedo to Favorite with centra sub sauce and a cherry coke. This was the first place I had a peanut butter shake. I live in California but whenever I come back to Michigan I always eat at Pizza Bob’s at least once (usually more). Best subs!!!

Awesome food and awesome service. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years and still love it.
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Pizza had no flavor, sauce really needed spices. They made many milkshakes using the same equipment without wiping anything down. Staff was rude and just asked "what do you want?" Very very dirty place! Awaiting the eventual food poisoning.
