Disgusting building. I regret renting here for close to 2 years. I have had problems from day 1 and had to wait unfortunately after one year to move out due to the 1 year lease agreement. Firstly, the building has a very awful smell wherever you go inside and most of the times my stomach turns while going to work in the morning due to the bad smell. Horrible horrible horrible place to live. Pharaoh ant AND american cockroach infestation throughout the entire building, despite half the building complaining, nothing has ever been done. Spent thousands to redo the back parking lot, but cant even hire a proper cleaning company to keep up with cleaning and maintenance on a weekly basis. Racial slurs written all over the sketchy stairwell which was covered with only primer, but that doesnt stop the culprit from adding more! Poor management. Zero on-site staff. Building manager lives out of town, so issues will be dealt with eventually. Want adequate hot water?..not in this building!
Terrible place to live—avoid if you can! It’s been a nightmare. There is absolutely no maintenance—everything is always dirty, and nothing ever gets fixed. We’ve had a cockroach infestation for months, and despite multiple complaints, it took MONTHS for some sort of small action to happen. No one has done anything about anything around here. You can never get ahold of the owner since they live out of town, and there’s no on-site manager or staff to deal with issues. There are all these weird, sketchy people always moving in.... read more
This place is an absolute nightmare. Firstly, I'm not sure why they're paying condo fees here. The lobby, entry way, elevator, and hallways are an absolute disgusting mess. There are spiders everywhere. There's just complete filth built up in the hallways and on the baseboards. Also a disgusting smell. The building is poorly maintained. The floors haven't been cleaned in over 6 months. You can't put lipstick on a pig. Why pay all that money to paint the exterior of the building and leave the interior a disaster.
