Staff is nice, Facilities are good. Only giving 3 stars due to their billing practices. They make sure to charge the customer OVER the amount insurance covers. They charge exactly 117.36$ over what insurance will cover, for each visit. Always leaving that exact amount owed to the customer. Find a different place if you're looking to be fully covered by insurance.
Recently my daughter hurt her knee and went here for rehab. She didnt need much but they made her feel comfortable and got her through with ease.
Brooke was awesome and very attentive. Other than the typical stretches and strengthens, she thought outside the box and had me doing something different that worked great. The team in Knightdale was great, very clean and friendly place. P.S. Thanks Brooke Sullivan
The staff at Pivot PT Knightdale were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job with physical therapy for my son after his hip injury. They gave him exercises and stretches that would strengthen his muscles and bones. He truly enjoyed his visits there.
Brooke was very clear on what would be involved each PT session. Her instructions were clear and concise. Brooke was very professional as well as personable.
