Such a waste of time
I graduated today from PT! My therapist Kisha was excellent! She was patient, kind, attentive and very knowledgeable about my injury. She knew exactly what to do to get me back to 100%! I am so grateful she was my therapist! The administrative staff was kind and friendly also! I highly recommend Pivot Physical Therapy in Knightdale!
I have had three surgeries over the past year and this group has done a fantastic job getting me back to shape! Colin and Abbie have been great to work with on my journey to recovery. I would recommend this group to anyone.
Staff is nice, Facilities are good. Only giving 3 stars due to their billing practices. They make sure to charge the customer OVER the amount insurance covers. They charge exactly 117.36$ over what insurance will cover, for each visit. Always leaving that exact amount owed to the customer. Find a different place if you're looking to be fully covered by insurance.
