I have had three surgeries over the past year and this group has done a fantastic job getting me back to shape! Colin and Abbie have been great to work with on my journey to recovery. I would recommend this group to anyone.
Staff is nice, Facilities are good. Only giving 3 stars due to their billing practices. They make sure to charge the customer OVER the amount insurance covers. They charge exactly 117.36$ over what insurance will cover, for each visit. Always leaving that exact amount owed to the customer. Find a different place if you're looking to be fully covered by insurance.
Recently my daughter hurt her knee and went here for rehab. She didnt need much but they made her feel comfortable and got her through with ease.
Brooke was awesome and very attentive. Other than the typical stretches and strengthens, she thought outside the box and had me doing something different that worked great. The team in Knightdale was great, very clean and friendly place. P.S. Thanks Brooke Sullivan
