RecommendedI go to Pivot in Moscow, Pa for therapy. I have done therapy for maintenance and recently after a knee replacement. The staff guide you through the exercises and are always helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend going there for your therapy needs.
Its really too bad the Pivot billing department is so inept. I was in PT with Jason in Easton, MD (who is great) from Dec. to April and only now received a bill for over $1,500. I asked numerous times if I was going to receive any kind of bill or statement and the receptionist gave me a billing number that I was never able to reach and then surprise! They send me a bill via text? WTF. This is unacceptable and no way to do business but I guess this is what happens when large companies buy out and have no idea what it means to... read more
Pivot Physical Therapy In Edgewood Towne Center, Pgh. Pa is awesome. Professional, but with a flare to make you feel comfortable & want to be the best you can be!
Pivot in Arnold MD is phenomenal Logan Crawford does a great job, very professional, very friendly, also at front, the admin staff is super friendly and very accommodating
Craig, Brian, and the rest of their team at the West Chester Commons (Midlothian VA) location were wonderful to work with. They had an excellent combination of sharing information, support and pushing you to do as much as you could to get better while staying safely within your limits. I could not give them a higher recommendation.
This is the second time I have used Pivot Physical Therapy. The first time was in 2013 and just this year, both after total knee replacement. They are wonderful. The location (Hope Mills NC) is very clean, the staff are friendly and professional. They work with you making sure you are doing things correctly, and listen to and address any concerns. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing PT. If I ever need my hip replaced, I know where I'll go!

I went to the Maughansville location. They really helped me after my knee replacements.To get my legs to straighten & my R.O.M. to improve! Always made sure I did everything right. Whenever I came in I always felt welcome & I know they cared about how I was doing. Very efficient & professional while being friendly & helpful.
