RecommendedPLT knows what they're doing. Unlike other local businesses, PLT's equipment is always set up properly and works. A few years ago a family member bought a lawnmower from another local business and it blew a head gasket in the first two months. Long story short, he ended up buying 3 lawnmowers from that business that season. I bought the Honda lawnmower from PLT and it's been going strong for 4 years with no problems! A great place with great service and amazing people!
I scheduled the use of a lift days in advance and when i went to go pick it up from a construction site the people at the construction site had no idea of my rental and they were planning on using the lift that day. I took the rental and found it to be on empty so I also had to fill the fuel tank before i even started. I then called and complained via voicemail(twice) and they never called me back. Disappointed in the service/communication. The equipment worked fine tho.

Just bought my second Wildcat from them in 3 months(long story...) I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more professional or better experience, Al, Wally and Sandy are top notch!!!
