A huge thanks to all of the staff at PVSEC for the wonderful care our dog, Rosa, received over the past few days. From the front desk to the critical care doctors, everyone was exceptional! We are so thankful for the expert care Rosa received that allowed her to come home safely today. THANK YOU!

We just brought our Labrador Retriever Abby home today from having TPLO surgery with Dr. Pardo yesterday. We can't thank Dr. Pardo & his staff enough for their outstanding treatment & compassion for our lab. Every single person we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable & compassionate. We never felt rushed when we asked questions. PVSEC is a great place to take your animals when they need special care. Thanks to Dr. Pardo and all the staff at PVSEC. Great job!

We just wanted to thank the amazing staff at PV-SEC for the unbelievable care and concern that they provided to our dog, Harley, and frankly to our entire family over the past couple of days while she was in the ICU. This has been a very difficult week for us, and we lost such an important part of our lives today with Harley's passing. A very big thank you to Dr. Urie, Meghan, and Jamie for their compassion and care that was given to us today as we had to have test run on our fur baby Peanut. A place where I take my pets when I need top quality specialty veterinary care. I have been to the oncology and the ophthalmology doctors there with my pets and they have received the very best care.

PVSEC is a wonderful place to take your pets! My cat Tig was treated like he was a person, they even sent him home with a little bow tie on :) and his health and well being was their top priority. i will recommend anyone here if their pets need special care. I am very happy with the staff and Doctors as well, everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to. the communication was amazing! Thank you for taking such great care of my cat when he needed it! <3

My husky, Dakota was really sick.. after a week of blood work & xrays and meds from her regular Vet, we finally brought her to PVSEC.. they reran her tests and couldn't find anything, so they decided to do an ultrasound where they found a blockage in her small intestine. A few hours later, the squeaker was removed and we were told it came very close to puncturing through her intestine. Thank goodness PVSEC did not give up!! So what wouldn't you do for your dog? I have to give props to the staff at Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center. I always viewed our dogs as part of the family...and recently Char was diagnosed with a malignant tumor. We had the first appointment with the Oncologist today and were pleasantly surprised when they said that they were able to do the required surgery about 20 minutes from the time were were finished talking to the Oncologist (Dr. Erfourth)!
