Dr. Jessica McDonald did a great job with our cats eye surgery. Great attention to detail and great bedside manner.

When I had to make the call to walk my dog to the rainbow bridge, the staff was so sensitive and caring. I returned this week to pick up her remains and was so touched by the level of service and packaging. They were sympathetic and caring every step of the way. Thank you, ladies, for making Ellie comfortable in our last moments together. 💘🐾

I know that no stone was left unturned to try and keep Carmella comfortable and make it through the weekend. Carmella didn’t make it through the night, but I was able to make it back in time to say goodbye. There were 5 pe... read more

3 months ago my cat was diagnosed with cancer. BluePearl in Grand Rapids was wonderful throughout the diagnosis, testing, amputation and recovery. Dr Swanson not only answered my many questions while in her office, she answered several more via email over the last two months of recovery. She explained the options and the costs in easy to understand language. She pointed me to a website for tripawd animals that was so very helpful in preparing for and surviving after surgery. Dr Swanson was 100% focused on my pet throughout o... read more
