I dropped a rug that I purchased on Craigslist here to be cleaned and have the fringe repaired. Before choosing a company, I did a lot of research and found that the method PRG uses to clean rugs (the beating machine) is the best, and not many places use this type of cleaning method anymore. I was THRILLED with both the cleaning and the fringe repair. Absolutely amazing improvement and a very fair price! I would recommend this business!
