The assistant at the front desk, Mia, was disrespectful and rude during my intake while I had to talk about intimate details of my past and denied me services. In my opinion, if you are getting paid to be the spokesperson of an organization, I would expect you to be nice to people seeking help.
Racist organization. Mia threatened not to give me service and was very disrespectful after she found out I was black during my phone interview.
