Had a discovery call and walkthrough with videos/pictures taken but never heard back. An email or call letting us know they were passing on this job would have been appreciated.
Poor communication, lack of professionalism
Great process and amazing attention to detail! A+ all around!
The levels of frustration with this company is upsetting. They did a walk through ans discussion for a project, and never presented a proposal or communicated if they were going to pass. I've emailed and called after the month mark, to which I was met with apologies and excuses, and a promise to hear from someone after the holidays. I still have not. If they didn't want the project, it would have been appreciated to know that from the beginning. We have decided to use one of their competitors.
In a recent project (remodeling of my house), PPR has provided us with highly professional services throughout the entire process: from contracting to finishing. They are very sincere, responsive and attentive to client needs.
