Dr. Gosalia is incredible! Not only has he taken great care of my health, but he is also friendly, kind and masterful in his field! The staff is also equally as friendly and efficient! I highly recommend Dr. Gosalia to anyone looking for an exceptional and compassionate pain management doctor.
I've been seeing Dr. DeChellis for years. He is the reason I push myself to be strong, I lost weight because of his ( 100 ) encouragement to see how my back feels. Just like our PCP'S do! He is kind and funny, very caring about his patients, I recommend Dr. DeChellis to everyone I know!!! 5 stars for him for sure!
Gary and Jon were excellent. I had a meniscus tear years ago and it brought down the inflammation in my knee so much. After a couple of treatments the knee pain was gone.
Pittsburgh Pain Management is truly a blessing. I have been suffering from severe back pain for years, so severe at times that even the smallest task was daunting. I have been affected not only physically but emotionally and mentally, as well, and was ready to give up.
