5-9-2014 I call Pittsburgh Mirror and glass and spoke with Jeff the owner. I told him I had a problem with my patio door and was also having trouble with some of my windows. I had my parents coming in from out of town and needed it done Friday afternoon. Jeff laughed and told me he understands how important family is and assured me that he would personally come and look at it himself. I just wanted to say that I called four glass companies in Pittsburgh to do a difficult glass replacement at my building. When I finally got a hold of them they said they wouldn't be able to do it because it is to hard. When Jeff from Pittsburgh Mirror and Glass called he said there would not be a problem. He came out and measured and quoted me. It had to be done by a swing stage (thing you see them washing the windows from). It was done in a decent amount of time. I AM THE OWNER OF THIS COMAPANY. I WOULD LIKE TO RESPOND TO THE POST HENRY L HAS MADE. FIRST OFF THIS IS NOT A HOME . ITS A BAR WE DID MIRRORS FOR AT 941 LIBERTY AVD IN DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH PA FOR THE OWNER SONNY VARRASSO. AS FOR MAKING A MESS , LIKE I SAID IT IS A NIGHT CLUB, WE GOT THERE AT 9 AM WHICH THE PLACE WAS FILFTHY FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE. Completely unprofessional, made a mess of my home during installation, owner and employees were drunk during the installation, they were screaming and arguing with one other ... My neighbors wanted to call the police! They put holes everywhere trying to find studs to screw into all over my walls... If you attempt address an issue you may have with their work ....the owner Jeff will start screaming, bullying, and cursing... Horrible company, horrible work, and a horrible decision to hire these people

BEWARE - Just Another No-Show Contrator – First: In posting this review, I would have given zero stars, but the program running this site requires an entry so I had to post one star at least, Pittsburgh Mirroe & Glass doesn't deserve any star. Second: I was on Vinial Street one day and notices that a business right down the street from Pittsburgh Mirror & Glass was having glass work done by a different contractor.
