Simply the worst managed healthcare organization I have ever dealt with. Incompetent, poorly trained and rude intake and patient relations personnel, poorly implemented scheduling system, and total lack of candor and outright lying to patient and families. Reported experiences to PA DHS, the primary funding agency, and strongly urge others to do the same.
