Hotel was fine and staff were nice...DO NOT USE VALET unless you video your car before leaving it with them. I picked up my car on Sunday and noted it was damaged. The attendants then market it as damaged. I talked to the manager, Jim Gump who reviewed video of when I arrived and the time that it was picked up and he noted that the video did not show damage that they could see when I arrived so they were going to file a claim.
