As a seasoned registered nurse supervisor, I can only say that if you’re considering an agency to work for, find a different one
that could hire enough nurses to cover the shifts they agree to take on. never have back up for when nurses call off. And they call off alot. They move nurses off our shift to cover other shifts! Their customer care is terribly lacking compassion and support. highly recommend a different Agency. We are looking now!
