Very disappointed with this dentist!! I made an appointment with Dr. Sams for my boyfriend for an emergency. He was treated for an abscess tooth and given a root canal. The office and equipment was extremely outdated but we agreed it didnât matter if the job was done correctly. We were told it would be two appointments. We made the second appointment for 4 pm the following Wednesday and when we arrived for the appointment the door was locked and a sign said he would be back at 4:15.
