This crew is very professional, super friendly, and I'll recommend them to anyone. For someone like myself that never enjoyed a trip to the dentist, they make going to the dentist a walk in the park!

I have been going to Dr Runco since he opened the Pittsburgh Dental Spa in 2011. The staff as well as Dr Runco are super friendly, professional, and make you feel welcome. I've referred multiple friends and family members here and they all have had the same experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, as well! I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend! I've gone to Tim Runco for at least 10 years, and I trust him implicitly! He's provided basic dentistry, crowns, implants -- everything! He is friendly, kind and has a great chair-side manor. The staff has been nothing short of a pleasure. Have recommended many family and friends and they all had positive experience.
I can't recommend Dr. Runco, Elaine, Theresa, and the rest of their staff enough. They are not only great at their job, but patient and kind as well as understanding, too. I was terrified to go to a dentist before my first visit here and every experience since has been a positive one. The level of care and comfort provided here is beyond compare, and now my whole family will only go to Dr. Runco!
I have always been afraid of dentists my whole life because of previous pain with other dentists. I avoided them like the plague. I was always embarrassed by the shape of my teeth. Not anymore thanks to the wonderful staff at Pittsburgh Dental Spa. I am able to smile big again. I was never judged, like other places I went to, spoken to like a human being, and they worked with me financially (no dental insurance).
