I have been a dedicated customer with this company for well over a year now you’d think they value their consistent customers but clearly they do not in the past i have been able to cancel a same day appointment with no problem so the one time that my life is hectic and god forbid i forget to cancel my eyebrow they charge me anyway stating i signed some type of 24 hour cancellation policy but then yet again going back to my previous statement i have been able in the past to cancel a same day appointment they have lost a cust... read more

I absolutely love PBB! This has been my go to spot since moving to Pittsburgh. I’ve been here multiple times and have never had any complaints and love my results everytime. Valerie did my nails yesterday and did an amazing job, I was really impressed. I was having a super rough day and it just made it a whole lot better. Jasmine does a great pedicure. I’ve also never had my eyebrows threaded but since Francesca & Chrissy took over, they have never looked better!! Can’t wait to come back for a lash lift!!
