Chad Pitts & Maggie Pitts and the entire staff at Pitts Automotive did an excellent job servicing our 2003 Highlander. We had several items replaced such as.... Timing Belt, Tensioner, Seals, Water Pump & Thermostat among other things.. The work was scheduled and performed exactly on time, and with great precision.. no leaks, no hassle, just great work at a reasonable price performed exactly the way they said that they would... Communication was great...
scam artist, be warned looks like a legitimate business from the outside but they're ripping people off, they give false diagnostics to get your money, I had them fix poor things on my vehicle I recently took it to another mechanic to find out that they only replace stuff around the real problem, from overcharging to not actually fixing the problem is what they specialize in,
