Called about a package that has been departed from this facility for a week now without any new update. Customer service is incredibly rude in there tone and said that I have to contact the seller and that they would not help me. I wasnt rude when talking to her and even if thats a policy you shouldn't speak to anyone the way I was spoken to.
My package has been with this company since April 24th! Today is June 29th! I am pretty sure they stole my package!! Cant get in touch with anyone either! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!

I’m very frustrated with this company. It seems that any way of speedy resolutions with this company are intentionally made difficult so that the company can make money off its leases. I have been on hold with the leasing department on a few occasions for almost an hour. And have yet talked to a live person. All I want to do is return a meter that we are no longer using. I will never do business with them again and I recommend you don’t either.
Horrible customer service. Illegal billing practices with no legitimate means to successfully dispute them. Check them out on Better Business Bureau before doing business with them. You will spend hours on the phone waiting for customer service only to speak to someone in another country who cannot resolve the issue. Overbilled and re-billed for services already paid.
