The worst customer service. The Reps try to be helpful and they are nice, but the system they use doesn't work. Everytime I call they tell me different information. They also have extremely high waiting times

horrible waiting time !! for more than 45 minutes plus their phone operators sucks !!
This is the worst company for customer service! they put you on hold for at least 30 minutes at a time and they never rectify the problem with billing or any other issues with their products. we have no choice but to cancel. Do yourself a favor and find another company than Pitney Bowes! You'll be glad you did!!!!
