Not only is the orthodontic care great, but the practice feels like a community. The day after she started treatment (which was not an easy day), my daughter received a care package in the mail from Dr. Pitner with all kinds of goodies to make life with braces easier. Today they have flowers for kids to take to their mothers for mothers day. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Just as importantly, they are very transparent and helpful about financial arrangements.
Great hospitality, down to earth, customer focus...all in 1. Really enjoyed being at their event. We highly recommend this business for all your party or Otho needs!!
Absolutely the best experience! My girl was less than thrilled at having to get braces and the staff made her smile and she was so excited to get a care package the very next day! Pitner goes above and beyond. We just started and they've already won us over!
I had a great experience at Pitner orthodontics today; I had a free evaluation for my much-needed adult braces to straighten out my crooked teeth! The staff there was just awesome and super friendly!
