We love Pitner. We’re always in and out and they are very nice.
Initial consult AND then braces a few hours later. Everyone was friendly, caring and VERY professional. They treat everyone with compassion from a happy to get braces pre-teen to the financially concerned mother and the jovial little brothers who tagged along. So happy I found this practice! A sense of relief as we walked out the door.
I was a patient 9 years ago. I wouldn't think of taking my children anywhere else. Dr. Bullwinkel and the staff didn't disappoint when we went for a consultation. They made the experience pleasing and something my teenagers are looking forward to.

Compassion and understanding and humor and care - those are things you get when you go to Pitner Orthodontics! Dr. Katie and the Chapin staff are amazing! I look forward to seeing them every few weeks and will be sad when my treatment is done; time to get my son into braces - no other option but Pitner Ortho!!
Pitner Orthodontics is our third practice in as many years. We moved to South Carolina with our oldest son already in braces, With minimal direction, we chose another practice and were sorely disappointed. Through a referral for our youngest son, we found Pitner! What a game changer! We transferred my oldest son and he will soon be out of his braces. Great orthodontist! My daughter was VERY nervous about getting her braces. Everyone was extremely nice and very conscious of her hesitation and made her feel comfortable. Staff is EXCELLENT!
Both of my children have received their orthodontic care at Pitner. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the people are who work there. They make you feel like family. We love Dr Pitner and now love Dr Katie up in Chapin. They go above and beyond in every way!!
