I really used to like this service. Really. But recently they've changed my service time without asking me, have made getting my service truly a guessing game (I blame the new tech who does my route) and when I asked to be on a specific service time, the tech assured me I was, then came about four hours after that scheduled time frame. Aside from that, the techs seem nice enough. I just have a problem with the great disparity between what the tech says and what actually happens.
