Excellent, honest, fair auto repair shop – I have used Pit Pros for repairs, oil changes, and a/c problems on two family autos and three company vehicles for the past 3 years. They have always been honest, fair in their pricing (much cheaper than the dealers), and knowledgeable. I am not associated with the owners or employees -- or in any other way -- with the company... I am just a happy customer. I highly recommend them.

Superb service and honest too! – Yesterday afternoon, I was having problems with my power steering and I went to Pit Pros on Inwood Road. I was concerned because I had no idea what the problems was and I had gone to two other mechanics prior who left me thinking that this was going to be extremely costly. I pulled into the shop and was greeted right away and I told them about the problem that I was having with my steering. I also needed a oil change and asked if they could service my car as well. More expensive than dealer – Was charged more than dealer price for a simple part. I inquired about the cost of another service, but they refused to give an estimate until I came in with the car the next day when the part came in. Also overheard another customer being told that they knew what the problem was, but would not tell the customer because the customer was going to take his car to another mechanic. Poor customer service and not sure I would trust them again.

Honest people – they helped me save a huge amount of money half as much as the dealer for the same service. In half as time as dealer promised.
