I had a coupon for Auto Care Super Saver and selected the closet location to my house for oil changes, Pit Pros Dallas. They had the worst customer service I have ever experience in any industry! The owner's daughter was nice, but the owner was sexist and my husband had to get involved with the service they provided because he thought I knew nothing as a female. Worst Service in a long time – We've used Pit Pros for at least five years and when I recently needed an inspection, they told me that I needed to replace a hose and quoted me about $300. They said they were wrong and it ended up costing over $400 and the check engine light still didn't go off. They told us to drive 100 miles for it to reset. We did, still had the light on. They then told us to drive 200 miles to reset the light. Nothing. There were two weeks of ice and bad weather before we could come back and they told us ... read more
Beware with this shop! – This place was very disappointing; the owner wanted to charge more than $1000 for parts and labor that I didn't need. He had an extremely dismissive attitude and tried to take advantage of the situation. I decided to go to a new mechanic after that, and the only problem that I ended up having was a vacuum leak that was fixed for less than $30. mechanical – I just want to say that they are the most honest mechanics all around Dallas...... There's no other shop that have a better customer service!!!!! Laura "the manager" is the best (and so hot by the way) :-) Im so thankful to them for getting my car fixed, Laura gave me a price, my car stayed at the shop and I left, like 1 1/2 after that Laura called me with the great news... she searched around and found a better price than the one she gave me before.... One word... Awesome!!! – I'm from out-of-town when my clutch goes out just a block away from The Pit Pros. These guys just turned a bad situation into an awesome experience. I was so thankful to them for getting me fixed and back on the road before they closed that day. I told them they just earned another 5 star rating. :-)
One word... AWESOME! – I'm from out of town and just happen to break down a block away from these guys. My handy dandy little iPhone app found them for me. They reassured me that it wasn't a problem to fix, but they had to get the part. They were able to order and pickup the part needed (which was their main concern) and get it fixed by the end of their business day. Great price! Great service! Just AWESOME people.
Honest - Honest - Honest – A common theme of other reviews and of mine. These guys are honest. I have lived in small towns for most of my 50+ years and never have I encountered a company that is more honest. Add to that the level of accommodation given to me so that I am not inconvenienced and the incredibly fair prices and you can tell I am a customer for life. I have even sent my family members and friends there; and will continue to do so.
Great customer service and honest auto repair service – They are very honest in their estimations of both price and the work needed in the car. In fact, once on my visit to them to get a second opinion on a carburettor change (a suggestion made by another mechanic using a water dripping trick), they saved me about $400 by pointing out that there was nothing wrong with it. Honest Mechanic – I just want to say I wish i lived in Dallas so i could use this automotive shop, I was travelling through Texas and my car broke down. ( I live in Chicago) just happens they were the closest shop and I'm so glad they were. they showed me what the problem was and solved it with minimum cost to me and they actually even gave me a loan car so I can finish my visit in Dalls till they fixed my car. they fixed my transmission in two days.
