(Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri.) (Hours of events vary Monday - Sunday) We smoke all our meats on low heat for long periods of time with hickory wood to achieve that award winning flavor.

I cannot say enough great things about Richard Jones Pit BBQ! I had the pleasure of working with them on a wedding last night in San Clemente & they are PHENOMENAL. Their service, attitudes, work ethic and accountability were top notch. I look forward to working with everyone again on another event or wedding soon. Oh & did I mention... THE FOOD! Definitely a crowd pleaser
