Stopped in to ask price oil change, only 18.95! Great scheduled appt for following day. Oil change started, shortly I received the news my tranny fluid was not bright red, my engine filter needed replacing, an my glovebox filter needed replaced---said nooooo it doesn't see I take my air pressure tank at home and blow both filters clean! Tranny fluid looks that color after 50000 miles, they failed to properly put glove box back correctly, I had to take apart an properly align the box myself. I figured it was probably a small piece of gravel or dirt may have gotten stuck in the real wheel so I first took it to Les Schwab near my office, a few hours later they called me and said I was looking at a front and rear brake job and it would cost $975.00 and did I want to get started. I told them I would pick up my truck! I then stopped in at Big O Tire on State Street where they gave me a free estimate as well. I would like to thank the guys at Big O State Street for their honest approach to earning my business. My repair was less than half of the amount I was quoted from Les Schwab and included was a complete oil change! I recommend these guys if you need your vehicle serviced! Thank you ! Took my truck in for an oil change.When I came back to pick it up I looked under the truck and notice the oil filter was not changed.I informed the gentleman at the front desk about the issue and was quickly resolved.I brought my truck home checked the dipstick and the oil was old not new or what I payed for.I proceed to remove the drain plug and my suspicions were correct they in fact did not change my oil and charged me for a survice I did not receive.People please check your oil after you have your vehicle serviced.

I had new tires put on my wife's vehicle. Big O Tires stripped a stud when installing a brand new lug nut. It took them 2 months to get the parts in. When my wife went have it dealt with, she was given the parts. They expected me to install the stud and nut myself! I really didn't like the idea of my wife driving around with only 4 lugs of 5 on one wheel for months.

Everyone says that Discount is better prices on tires, but after i called around Big O had the best bang for my buck. I got four new Big O A/T tires with there free 3 year warranty and an alignment for cheaper than Discount. I will always recommend them for everything to do with auto needs.

I love these guys! They are so nice AND they really care! They are not only my "go to" guys for tires but for general automotive repair also... Tim & Trey go the extra mile every time that I take my car to them... What impresses me is how diligent their techs always are, whether I was driving my ugly old clunker-junker or my New (to me) 2001 Camry! They treat their customers with respect and friendliness!!! I highly recommend them for auto maintenance and great tires too! Thank you Big-O on Fairview, YOU ROCK!!!

Liars!!! We had a blow out at the top of Virgin River Gorge on our trailer. My husband wrote down the size of tire, etc and he stayed with the trailer while I went to get a new tire - they charged me $149.00 and gave me something different than what my husband had written down. We discovered the wrong tire after the trailer wasn't riding properly.
