Phoenix PD - Police Report #19-1132204 On 7/3/2019 I spent $1,560 on repairs to my vehicle. This came less than a month after a $900 purchase for new tires, new belts, new brakes. People there or most all of them have no ASE CERT. The more instreamed in selling you junk you don't need. 2hour oil change and they always find something leaking. Most the guys there look to be on drugs. As for there education ha ha ha. I see the job postings on craigs list. they cant even whip the grease off you door.

I have always received friendly and courteous service at this location. Jon Naranjo always has a smile and is very knowledgable at his job. The waiting area is user friendly and the staff is friendly as well. The service is quick and efficient. I would recommend everyone to go to Big O Tires on Yellowstone for tires, brakes, oil changes and other services your vehicle needs!!!

Took both of my vehicles for service and was completely satisfied with both customer service and the costs of the services rendered. They also did advise me of issues needing future attention, some I was aware of others I wasn't! I never felt pressured to buy anything not needed for safety. I'll be back for new tires in a week or 2. Awesome place!!!

I bought two new tires but had an issue with the work. I took the car back. They checked and not only fixed the problem but also installed two new tires on the back of the car at no charge. 4/14/2015
