I rarely write reviews, but this was a really positive experience. After walking by this shop many times, I paid a visit this afternoon, & was extremely impressed. The shop itself is filled with wonderful plants & objects, & has a warm atmosphere. The woman who helped me--I was looking for a terrarium--was extremely knowledgeable, patient, & kind--to someone who had at best the vaguest idea of what he was after. I will certainly visit again, & would recommend Pistil's without any reservation.
We live about half a mile from Pistils Nursery, and stop in often for terrarium goods, plants, and other novelties. We also recently took a terrarium building class, and the information and individualized attention was amazing! AND there was wine! Date-night doesn't get any better than that!
I absolutely LOVE this place......I have purchased countless items here and they are all uniquely amazing! The customer service is outstanding as well! I'm a fan for life.
I didn't want to to leave. A beautiful shop with amazing customer service.
